An oversized with slim-sleeved dress slides over the head and your instantly a party! This is a variation from the dress made by Katie for a an event she attended in the fall. She thought it was so fun and got so many complements she had to made more! The upper is stretch vegan leather, and the lower part is sheer organza. Please allow 3-6 weeks, email us if it’s URGENT.
