Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping

We typically ship all orders once a week, so it may be up to 10 days after placing your order before we ship it. We primarily use USPS and UPS so please allow 14 days or longer to receive your package. If it is a custom piece, please allow 4-6 weeks for it to be created and shipped. We are a small business and we appreciate your support and patience in receiving your order.

Shipping Outside the United States

At this time, we are only able to offer shipping outside of the United States to limited countries, as listed below. Please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays. You are also responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be charged upon arrival. If you entered a wrong shipping address or an unverified address and your package gets lost, you are responsible for the shipping charges and will not be refunded for the items unless the package gets returned to us. International tracking for USPS stops once the package leaves the US so you will be responsible for contacting the local post office in your country for help in tracking your package once it's out of the US if you choose USPS when checking out.
